 On rainy days, there is a woman dressed in tattered white clothes, dragging what looks like a doll behind her. Her name is 'Hikiko-san.' With her eyes raised and a mouth that stretches grotesquely from ear to ear, she is not dragging a doll but a girl of elementary school age. Hikiko-san captures any child who sees her and drags them along, regardless of whether it's stairs or flat ground. Even if the dragged child ends up looking like a piece of meat, she never lets go until she finds her next target. Moreover, she moves at a speed that is impossible for an ordinary human, making it difficult to escape once spotted.

According to the stories, Hikiko-san was originally a beautiful girl with a tall stature and excellent grades, beloved by the adults around her. However, unable to endure the bullying from other children who were jealous of her, she became a recluse and transformed into a monstrous being. Her hideous face was a result of being dragged by the children who bullied her, causing her face to scrape against the ground. This led her to harbor a deep hatred for those who bully others, and she is said to appear before the bullies, dragging them until they are unrecognizable before killing them.

Another theory suggests that she was a child who was abused and confined by her parents, transforming into a yokai. There are also rumors that she collects the corpses of the children she drags along, keeping them as a collection in her home. All these tales spread ominously, especially on rainy days, echoing through dark alleyways.
